I figured this would be the best place to put this, since it's pretty much advertising...
Hello. I'm currently underway getting an animated show started up. I am looking for some artists, animators, writers, and voice talent to help out, so I am posting this here.
First off, I will say this is not a paying job as of now. This will be something that all members will share in creating. If we ever make money off of this (And I believe we will in the future), then it will become paying.
What we're doing, is an animated comedy series of sorts. It will probably be similar to those cartoons found on Adult Swim. It will feature a task force of Mechanized Babies (Known as the Robotic Fetal Warriors). they will go around the world, fighting their evil enemies, saving the world, etc. Most likely we're looking for have the characters "robots" of sorts. Metal plated, gears, etc.
Here's what we're looking for:
* Animators / Artists - Anybody who can draw. We have a couple people who can help out currently, but we need some people with real talent. We'll probably do the first few episodes in the cardboard cutout style like the early South Park episodes. Please submit an art or animation sample with your application. Must be your work.
* Voice Talent - If your voice sounds goodd, or you've done some voice acting before, we need you! We of course could do all of the voices ourselves, but it would be nice to have a good amount of different sounding people. Please submit a voice sample with your application. Must be your work.
* Writers - We need story lines, jokes, etc. We can write it all ourselves, but having more people increases the chance that we'll make this thing funnier and better. Please submit a writing sample with your thread with a short dialogue between two or more characters. Make it funny if you want. Must be your work.
We have a website currently set up to take applications. If you are interested, please submit an application. We review applications every weekend, and will let you know if we need your help.
