The ny mets are opening new stadium next year called citi field. citifield.mobi. Any value?

As far as trademark issues, I checked and I found filing date of Nov. 13, 2006. I registered the domain 1 day before on Nov 12, would I win a trademark dispute?

No, i don't think so, unless of course if you use it for entirely different purpose, but then the domain won't have any value whatsoever.
