Can we have a sticky for lists of sites?

I was just wondering: I think it would be a pretty good idea to have a list of publisher/advertiser websites such as fastclick.com. People will submit the best affiliate sites. Can we have it a sticky so it can stay on the top?

Here are some starters:
1. Clickxchange.com
2. fastclick.com
3. google.com/adsense
4. clixgalore.com
5. tribalfusion.com
6. check-my-stats.com

We can get people to post more.
