The name might be used for commercial purposes although it is very focused. But it's the wrong TLD. .com is the way to go, not .info.
I don't see many possibilities with these keywords and TLD. Sorry.

Best bet for this domain would be to develop as an affiliate site for an undergarment merchant. Could be a money maker, though not, by itself, enough to live off of. I'd say, low resale value, with a low to middle affiliate site value.
