is there anyway to get a credit card online?? like not an acutall credit card that i hold in my hand but just one online? cuz i need a place to put my money so i can use it for things online. someone please help me pm me or post back here with details!!

Paypal for anyone who accepts paypal..

and I know that paypal has a 'credit or debit card' thing, I saw them advertise it a while back, so check their site.
