Can someone suggest me a good advertising site like AdEngage?

I'm looking find a site that handles the advertisement rotations and payments. I have been told that AdEngage is good but I don't know anything about them. I checked out there site and that is what I want but are they a good or are there any better ones like this?

I use google adsense but I want to be able to get ads directly from people too. I have also heard of AdsPHPnew but that seems a little harder.
