Can someone please help

I want to build a forum, but do not have the software. I have the domain, but no hosting.

I see there are a couple free ones out there. I tried downloading some software, but it comes in a zip file. I cannot figure out a zip file.

When it opens I click save. Then it just puts a bunch of folders in my documents. How do i save it to my desktop to where I just click on it and it runs?

Does anyone have a forum template or know of one on the net?

If you have Cpanel hosting with Fantastico, you can install SMF or phpBB very easily
