I don't exactly get your last question. If you're asking what an OVT with the extension means, then it's a name that includes the extension and has OVT searches with the full domain. An example would be if you do a search on the OVT tool for Google.com then it has 8,632,826 searches with the extension, instead of just the keyword Google. :talk:
