discuss Can .org extension be used for naming a domain name website ?

Can we use .ORG extension for naming a domain name website ? I'm thinking of using NameSmart.org as my domain name/ branding website.

Sure, but I would only do it if you had a seriously top tier term or brand. I don't think it works with just some average term.

If you are going to sell .org domains, it's perfect. Otherwise, I'd think other extensions would be more suitable.
