Can I free push to GoDaddy?

I have some domain is under this two registrar.
registrar: www.maddogdomain.com
registrar: www.level10domains.com

I see this two registrar is under Godaddy reseller.
Can i free push to Godaddy?

Generally, you can't do a free push from a Godaddy reseller to Godaddy. You have to do a transfer.
