Can I backorder ccTLD domains?

I want to backorder a few domains with .in, .ly, .st extensions, is it possible to backorder these on snapnames or should I write a custom script to register once they are available?

I've never backordered these extensions at snapnames but I don't see why you couldn't.

Whether you backorder or try to catch the domain on a drop depends on the value of the name. There's alot of competition out there for names. It only takes one person to backorder at snapnames and you have no chance of getting it.

I'm not familiar with these extensions so I can't comment on the competition for these names.
