Can Google (or any) maps do this?

Picked up a domain with the key word petrol+(county in the UK).com and looking to develop

Can I import google maps to load on that county and have a sort of cheap petrol/gas discussion board.

People can put a flag near such and such station and put how much it costs

Gas prices have gone down recently in the UK but it is still a concern
