Seems strange that the California Democratic Party even allowed this name to be registered by anyone else. Forget about the Presidential election just think of all the State wide and County elections that occur, you would have thought that a State party would have thought registering such names at less than $10 a year cost for re-registration was seen as an essential investment in their party for the next 5, 10, 20, ... 50, years.

Mind you it is just as puzzling why the California Republican party did not snap this up, after all it is said 'all is fair in love and war', and politics is definitely in there somewhere! LOL
