Thought I'd go ahead and let everyone know starting friday afternoon I will gone anywhere from two weeks, to a month.

I am having major surgery on the 20th, and preparations for the surgery begin next monday.

I will certainly miss this place.

Please include in the subject title: -Important Namepros- or something similiar, as I will have family checking my email for such messages.

I just thought that I would let everyone know a few days in advance.

I may be here until Sunday, due to the fact that the person whom was running an event I was attending this weekend, was in a wreck yesterday evening.

The car was totalled, but luckily they got out alive.

Their main injury is a shattered kneecap, I believe.

Okay. I'm gone.

Bloodwork in the morning, then have prep.

Go into the hospital wednesday afternoon for a colonoscopy, stay overnight, then have surgery the following morning.

I will send All4Cost a email with my cellphone once the surgery is over, if able, updating him with how it went.

He has kindly agreed to post that here.

I am back home temporarily.

I was supposed to stay overnight, but someone else took my room and they were swamped.

The surgery is tomorrow morning at 6:45 am, or shortly thereafter, as that's when I'm supposed to be at the hospital.

Never, never take GoLytely.

Hehe, I remember when I went in for stomach pains years ago (1991) and they told me it was appendicitus after 10 hours in the ER.. I asked when they wanted me to come back for surgery and they said, "Oh no, you're going in right now!".. they wheeled me to the OR and operated right away (my appendix burst on the operating table)...

Good luck, Steve.. one day I'll be there myself for needed kidney surgery!
