Honestly, I don't see much, if any, value in it. Call to actions dot coms can be good, but this isn't even correct grammar. If it was singular, it would be great. As is, you are looking at regfee for reseller and $xx for enduser if you can find one. Development is the best route for this to have any value.

No one says "softwares" in the United States. I cannot vouch for other English speaking countries however, as I haven't been outside the US. I own the solution for someone that doesn't want to pay $250k for buysoftware.com. I'm sure that you could develop it and get traffic though.

I've never heard someone (in the US/UK/etc) speak that way... can't see an incorrect grammar English domain going for much to non-English speakers..
