I want to buy a domain thru sedo but am confused a bit on something and could use advice.
The domain is listed at $100 but is underpriced imho however there have been 4 offers on it already and the domain was viewed over 500x in 1 month already
possibly, would a buyer list a domain at a low buy now price just to see how many offers and views they might get on a domain such as this one and then simply refuse every buy offer just to get the views up ?
this would then give the impression that theres alot of interest but the owner just turns people down each time a buy attempt is made
the domain is listed as buy now and not make an offer
so my issue is on any buy scenario does the domain owner have to sell it if the asking price is met or can they simply deny to sell it even if the buy price is matched?
and if they want more $ for it why list it at only $100 in the first place ?
to sum up:
does a seller have to agree to accept the buy price they listed on sedo or not?
not sure if that explains it right
