Buying DVDS?

ok so I found this site, http://www.powerdvd9.com I want to import some to New Zealand and sell them.. I asked them on MSN if they were Legal and they said they were Legal and free worldwide shipping.. what do you guys think about this lol.. they say the dvds work worldwide.. I don't have any experience in "DVD BUYING" but maybe you guys do

This is the line that would bother me...

Q:Usually the newest movies come one week before the movie official released.That because the hight quality of this kind of DVD9 cost somewhat a little longer time to produce.

Would rather just rent them and stay on the legal side of life...

You might want to read this exert from the Q&A:
