Domain is reg'd with Fabulous (which operates the Domain Distribution network (DDN) with several partners).
Clicking on BIN price leads to Netsol checkout, payment options paypal/creditcard etc

What happens next - is there an escrow service ?

Or does Netsol just withhold the funds until the domain is t/f to me?

edit:

Appears is instant t/f once money is paid

==============================================
Key Features of the Domain Distribution Network

Instant Settlement
Upon the completion of a sales transaction, the domain is immediately transferred to the gaining registrar via the DDN Instant Transfer Protocol. +

Continuity of Customer Relationship
Registrars maintain customer relationships via an inline sales process, enabling the ability to up-sell services like web hosting and privacy protection. +

Committed Pricing
A comprehensive and flexible pricing structure allows partners to negotiate and close deals in real-time without owner contact.

High Quality Control
Every domain name is subjected to qualitative tests, ensuring correct spelling and vetting of brand and trademark issues.

Validated Ownership
Network distribution requires domains to reside with DDN certified registrars. This guarantees that the seller is in fact the owner. +

Pre-authorized Transactions
In addition to validating domain ownership, certified registrars also establish a binding sale agreement with the registrant to sell (preset pricing terms) and instantly transfer the domain. +
+ Applicable to DDN certified registrars only
