Hi All,
My focus in on real estate domains and I'm buying more, but am specific about what I am looking for so please read my requirements. I will only respond to PM's that meet all the requirements.
Domain MUST START with the name of a CITY (not interested in counties, states, areas, etc.) such as Nampa, Augusta, etc. Must be city in USA.
City must have a population of 40,000 or more people.
Must be a .com (NO OTHER EXTENSIONS CONSIDERED). No domains using TRADEMARKED term Realtor.
Domain MUST END with homes.com (not home.com) or realestate.com (not realty). Not as interested, but may consider "city"houses.com names for the right price if the names meet ALL the other requirements.
Do NOT post your domain as I don't typically go back and look at old threads-must PM the domain.
I want to make the purchase as quick and pleasant as possible so please include your reasonable asking price.
I have guidelines I use to determine how much I pay for these types of names. I am verified with PayPal or will split fees at Escrow.com.
I look forward to hearing from those of you that have any domains meeting these requirements. I've tried to specific so as not to waste your time.
