I've put a small bid on a single word middle European name, It's a 5 letter .com. What are these name like to sell? Are they only valuable in the native country, or is there a market for sales to workers in other European countries?

I've picked up the name, and I'm not sure how to handle the use of the name. It is a bit of an experiment to help me to expand my knowledge of the domain name industry. The word is "qitro" , and this is an Albanian word, and it means grapefruit. The .com is undeveloped, and is for sale on Sedo. On the face of it, the word is a nice 5 letter brandable, but the missing "u" may detract from it's use for an English site. quitro.com gives me a 403 error.
