I have never bought a domain yet in my life, and i really need help on how. I have questions that need to be ask.

1. Do you have to create an eNom account?
a. if so, do i have to provide information such as address, CC#, etc..
2. If I don't have any eNom account, can i just click DOMAIN SERVICES>$NP Domain Registration and create a domain there?
3. When creating a domain what information do i need such as ns1,url,web-host,etc..
a. will it ask any personal question such as 1a(above)???

If i don't need an eNom account can somebody tell me everything we need to create a domain, that would help me prevent from wasting $450NP.
