Could anybody suggest, where to get some readings about what are domain buyers actually looking for or how they find names and who are they, after all. There are tons of threads where domainers/sellers share their oppinions, but are there any sources for buyers, too? As I see there are very weird names sold sometimes for $xxxx, which don't actually fit any of the requirements of a good domain name (as sellers usually see it). So I'm just curious, are these sales exceptions or is it possible, that buyers appraise the names differently? Maybe just stupid newbie-questions...

Resellers want to sell for hi, buyers low.

As to why some times people get heaps of money for crappy domains, it is really based on the right end user / timing.
