just regged it today....nice name, I think.

Any thoughts, opinions or appraisals??

In many parts of the USA condos are under water by 50% of their purchase price or more. With high foreclosure rates many condo associations are no longer able to pay for water, trash, etc.

Aside the fact that all those problems are happening, you still hove those who buy the foreclorues for a business.

So you still have a market out there, just not the best time to be honest.

value wise, i'd say under $100 at this time,

But end users are there and that name has a use.

Keep hold if it till things start to get back on track.

.us names are somewhat on the way up, with the right buyer coming along, i can see it fetching 4-figure sum
