Doesnt seem like a deal to me, their prices are like twice what you can pay at GD, plus I bet they still charge you for the second name and issue you a credit later on or at least thats how their last so called great deals worked.

Dotster isnt a bad registrar but they have dropped in popularity since 1-2 years ago, I guess all these promos they seem to be having is to try and get people to start using them again.

I will pass on their offer...

yep, I used paypal there a few months ago too, don't know why they would of stoped it.. oh well if you have a paypal debit card than you can still use that

Dotster is definitely legit and any time you find one of their domain offers you can always buy the domains at Dotster and immediately push them to an account with MyDomain, where the renewal will only cost you $8.25 at most (the push is free).

The 2 for 1 offer isn't bad, but lately I just register all of my domains at MyDomain using the 15% off coupon: Dgc2lt76qhv0

That way the total price on a single domain is $7.23, and if you buy more than 5 at a time the price goes down from there. Check out the tiered pricing structure on their home page.

Strange. That link doesn't work for me but I'll take your word for it. It's definitely a mistake on their site; I just tried going through the billing process and they offer PayPal as an option.
