domain businessmortgages.com - I have listed on Flippa for $15,000 reserve

Hi all,

I got an appraisal for this a while ago - but I have listed the domain on Flippa for $20,000 BIN - $15,000 reserve and a starting price of $1,000 - 30 day auction.

Would like to know what your thoughts are - for end users is this a reasonable BIN and reserve? Also with the starting price, I'm not a fan of $1 starts.

yep commercial mortgages/lending is correct term - I used to work in the finance industry .

But Business Mortgages does has a good search volume, is an aged domain - originally regged 18ys ago, 2 premium words and in .com - does this create value? Or has greed got in the way!
