I think it's catchy and brandable but wanted to get to some appraisal thoughts.
The main business use that comes to mind is an entrepreneurship / business media brand.

Misses the mark for me. The pass would be "do business dot com" in this given case, for me. If the "DOA" is meant to be an abbreviation, I don't really follow with that either. Offers accepted while you own it ...hope I'm wrong about it

Doa is a medical acronym for dead on arrival. Could do a tagline of don't let your business be DOA for example. Appreciate the feedback.
