If it was a transmitter he wouldn't be given answers just occasional tidbits. Another thing Bush is not really a great public speaker so I could understand why it would be an option. It can't be the suit it's to big and box like, I doubt it's armor could be a back brace. If you watch the debate if you get the chance watch how much he seems to be watching aimlessly into mid-air. Doesn't matter as someone said it done and over. But even this is secretly true Bush is one big cheat.
