i got a $300 offer on this one. i was going to make it a myspace for bums, but have unfortunately been sidetracked withs other projects. $300 is fair? i want to know because he won't budge from that...??

You should definitely take that offer, as I sincerely doubt that you will get an offer higher than that (I would have appraised it lower); go for it !
