I changed it and I think it looks better. I also made the text a fixed size to keep it from splitting apart my images. Tell me what you guys think. Also do you guys know how I could add a header to the top of my forums so that It will have a navigation to get back to the main pages

paper has nothing to do with music, except thats what its written on, but it does have a lot to do with bums. I was trying to give my site a grungy bum look

There are some things that are off. First of all why does the background go from black to white when clicking from home to artists? I also think that you should have the text and links to look different and not so plain. Maybe consider centering the site as well.
