Bulk Registration issue

I cannot find a bulk domain search that will allow me to check lists of domains that have been copied from an Excel spreadsheet. I suspect it is a formatting problem but does anyone have a solution?

copy from excel to notepad first and then you can easily search

In case they have extraneous characters you can use also a Domain Cleaner Tool like http://www.checkdomains.net/listcleaner.php
