I am looking for someone who can email out to around 10,000 email address per day, email addresses can be supplied.

Do the you have the consent of the people you are mass-emailing to email them? If not, then it is considered spamming which is illegal.

The address are from a purchased database where all on the list have been made aware that their information may be given to thrid parties.
It is not spamming
