Reason For Selling: I simply don't have the time to run it.

Suggestions: If you purchase the site and want to keep it the way it is now, I suggest running some domain contests to increase the stats. I also suggest blending in some google ads as forums. Back when the forum was phpbb, and I did that, I made at least $1 per day. Doing directory submissions will also bring in some money and traffic. The site made at least $100 a week. Link sales are a money maker as well. Making a directory for the site will probably bring in money and traffic as well.

What comes with the purchase:
The domains buildyourforum.com and buildyourforums.com. (I can transfer them through NameCheap.com)
The forum database. (Sorry I can't sell VBulletin because of their policy.)
Multi-Forums and it's database.

Can you confirm that the multi forums lisense will be transferable as right now there is nobody at sebfipper replying to these requests or would the buyer get your login setails and do it that way.

I haven't decided on a BIN yet, nor an end date.

The forum gets about 1 signup a day and about 10 posts a day.

I haven't done the premium forum hosting for awhile, but basically people post a certain amount of posts and use the points they earned from posting to request a phpbb forum. I then create a folder for them with phpbb installed under that folder. I give them ftp access to that folder, so they can edit the phpbb files.
