domain Building.cc / Publications.cc Worth the Reg?

Acquired two strong keywords in .cc

Building.cc (building: 343 Million Google/84,600 Ovt)
Publications.cc (523 Million Google/33,000 OVT)

With extention gaining some rise in notable sales, I think these were worth the reg. Thoughts?

IMO they were worth the risk.
It's really a crap shoot at this point. I have several cc's and sold one which paid the reg fees for the rest and then some.

Worst case scenario you hold them for a couple years and sell them at a small loss.
