advice Building A Website

Hi,

Can anyone give me advice on this: I own several GEO domain names which I will like to develop into microsites or one-page website for capturing leads from searches for the City + keyword in search engines. I have never built a website before so I don't have any knowledge whatsoever. How do I get to create a microsite or one-page website on the domains?
