yes, I can see some potential in them. Domains on average probably around low $XX- hig $XX, but I would see it as more valuable if they were developed, maybe an "idiots" guide to creating and running a forum, perhaps!.

I don't thin you need to be for these domains to work... Just activate wordpress in fantastico, upload a new theme, and start writing.
