" .in.net" , I didn't know this extension existed. Thats not good.

" xyz" , if you're gonna experiment with this one, it'll have to be a premium one word, letter, number etc.. but then you have astronomical renewal fees.

.in.net is not a real extension but a private subdomain.
.net.in is a valid third level under the .in TLD though (but not hugely popular). Are you confused ?
Anyway, no value.

East Timor is a country but a poor one, and a rather desolated place.
The .com is available for sale for $2195. But it might never sell. I don't think anybody is going to be a meaningful amount for .xyz.
