I'm not 100% sure what to make out of your design, which is also the first downfall as creative ideas, marketing brochures and other sales/advertising related material ask for a clear and concise message. Granted, you can attempt to get the audience to "think" about your message, but nonetheless, the visuals need to be clear. In your case, i had to take a very close look to find out that it's actually the fin of a fish and not a broom.
The logo:
Not bad, i like the representation of the "graph" with "creative idea" written through it, it delivers a nice contrast. Use the plural for "idea" unless you only have one creative idea at a time, but even then it should be plural
The tag line:
Stands in contrast to the tag line font and the logo itself. It's too tacky, overused and anything but creative. Until you have a better, more unique and concise tag line, i'd remove the current one.
The image:
Partially confusing, partially intriguing. Honestly, i'm not sure what to make of it. One thing i'd like to see happening there is a splash of color to give it more vibrancy.
The Side Rail Text:
Same font as the tag line, also singular and not consistent with your logo font that you used.
The items named above should have another look, but also an amount of care to not overuse the "Creative Idea" font that you have in the logo. It's a tricky walk between creativity, unique appearance and driven message.
Best of luck.
