lol, not to nitpick your appraisal, but I have a totally differing opinion.

First of all, this domain is mediocre at best, likely in the mid $xx price range, if he were lucky. Secondly, if an end user was indeed interested in this domain, I don't foresee them being fair or willing to negotiate an agreement with a 13 year old kid (At that price range), especially since the agreement wouldn't be legally binding.

Just my input.
