Even with this, I would use a different word structure on these type domains.

How about wooden flooring or laminate flooring?

Here in the American Southwest brick floors are common and popular in traditional style adobe homes. I have no idea how much competition there is, but the subject matter you suggest would interest many people here.

Yes. The exact phrase "brick floor" has modest but meaningful keyword search/bid numbers and a quick search shows several businesses in the trade using weaker domain names.
