According to today news from China government site(www.gov.cn) all central government offices ,local government offices should use IDN.cn ,for only 15% of China netizens can write down the English domain name,and no more than 10.Government has already publish related regulations on this.

I think this is really amazing news,for it will stimulate China IDN.cn domain names market greatly,for the power of government example on using IDN.cn is unlimited .
