opinion Branpa vs BrandBucket parking pages approach

I was researching brand names marketplaces and noticed one thing regarding their approach in making landing pages for the names.

Option #1 - Redirect like on Brandpa, e.g:
http://exzi.com -> 301 redirect -> https://brandpa.com/name/exzi

Option #2 - Direct rendering + backlink to a marketplace like on Brandbucket, e.g:
https://www.givcu.com/ which is indexed

there is a page on the marketplace
https://www.brandbucket.com/names/givcu

So which one do you think is a smarter way to do? What are the cons and pros?
In particular for the SEO of the platform itself? Is it better to have backlinks from all the domains or have the redirects?

Interesting that now BrandBucket also does a redirect instead of displaying landing page directly on domain name URL. Does anyone know if this any option to change this or BB redirects all domains to https://www.brandbucket.com/names/{NAME}?
