I see little resale value because this word is limited to the Dutch language segment and therefor also has a limited amount of end users. To get something out this domain you should definitely take a proactive approach and seek end users. For example, brandstof.eu is developed and is obviously a potential end user.

If you are lucky to find an interested end user you should probably take almost whatever you can get but to an end user you could for sure settle on something in the $xxx range as a minimum.
