It has 2,000 uniques per month and Estibot appraises it mid-high $X,XXX. I'm hoping to resell it if anyone is interested.

Nice domain, did you buy it at auction or private sale? Definately has big buck potential for end user. Wait for the stock turn around in 6/12 months.
