Branding domains

Is anyone successfully creating brands fout of the domains that they buy?

Domains that would not be worth much on their own but a few hundred bucks (or more) if sold as a developed brand.

By this I mean a professional looking logo, a website template (or even a simple site powered by WP), letterhead, etc...

Yes every domain I buy for development will eventually have a brand designed along with logo and style etc.

What's the best way to sell these, apart from the usual sedos, etc...

How about ebay?
