Brandbucket approved?

Can someone explain this term to me? I visited the Brandbucket site and poked around, but couldn't find mention of any approval process.

On Brandbucket you signup as a domain owner or logo designer. As a domain owner, you login and can submit domains for review. If they like the name it's approved. If you want to list, you pay $10 (plus commissions on sale to a logo design and BB). They appraise and edit your title/description to fit as well. Not all names are approved, so those that are gain some level of approval in resale too.

As a logo designer you also go through approval. You login, see current domains approved that need logos for $100-500 in 100 increments. As you do more logos you can do higher payout. Once reserved, you do your logo, upload and they review and approve the logo. You can optionally get a flat $5, or again get the reward set by the domain owner on sale.

I've personally sold 4, averaging 2k each, over 5 years of membership, at about 1 sale per year.
