It was a BIG week for brandable domain name sales with nine five-figure and one six-figure sale. That sale was for HotBot.com, a domain that was the home of a meta search engine way back in the days operated by Lycos. The domain sold on Sedo for $155,000. Another interesting sale was that of Fasfa.com which sold for $50,600 at GoDaddy.

Prado.com especially was a bargain IMO, and Lendus.com a nice brand for the price, too.

I saw fasfa at godaddy, knew it was gonna hit hard - mainly cause it kinda looks like FAFSA and it had high traffic (if you sorted by traffic at auction)
