i've been messin with photoshop for a little bit now and i'm just getting into learning how to do websites....does anyone have any advice on programs like dreamweaver or nvu....i'm not very saavy with web editing or anything like that so any advice will be appreciated.....

um the best adviice i can give you is have a go, and when you face a problem that you dont know how to get around ask on the forums, or do a search in dreamweavers help, and keep reading turorials of the net and form mags like Web Designer,

also when i was learning i found it really helpfull to have the code view and design view up at the same time, this allowed me to see what was going on with the code while i was editing the design which allowed me to become more profitient in html athoring.
