Well it's a good sports domain for certain, but there are TM/use issues involved here -- athletes almost always win wipo/udrp cases if they're professional. It has value, but the commercial/resale value is limited by those issues. You can certainly develop a fan site, but monetization of that could cause problems -- once Quinn is drafted you might be able to exchange it for memorabilia via his agent if you want to go that route
