.br domain query

I am curious if there's any way to get a .br domain without .com ? I mean I do not know the science . I can buy .de without .com but not .br without .com . Like a domain geradornicks. com .br can not be obtained without .com

You should contact the "Comite Gestor da Internet no Brasil" for information.
Currently, 2LD .br is not allowed to register.

That’s an interesting observation. I’ve also wondered why some ccTLDs like .br require the .com—maybe it’s a local registry rule?
