I've been offered $7k for this name. It's substantially more than I've been offered in the past. The cautious part of me is wondering if that's enough. It's a great name, but has no commercial potential other than as an organization to host boycotts.

Any thoughts?

The term is a pretty good fit in .ORG, but like you said there is limited commercial value.
I think that is a pretty reasonable offer.
